Martin Play's games using his face and his biggest issue is not being able to reach the triggers at the back of the controller. He also needs a controller that is compact.
Martin's configuration uses an extra Power Cube so that he can build the shape he needs. One of the benefits of the Proteus Controller is the ability to add modules and upgrade and adapt based on what you need!
As part of our research and development, we have been working with an organisation called An Saol in Dublin. An Saol is a foundation at works to afford every opportunity to people with severe Acquired Brain Injury (sABI) to live their life with dignity and respect.
This is a controller for Padraig who can play Forza using one Digit using a 3D printed based to support Padraig's hand and steering assist in Forza.
We met Rian 3 years ago in the early stages of our development. He has tried every prototype version of the Proteus Controller and his feedback, along with our other testers like Rian, has helped shaped the Proteus Contorller design.
Rian has hemiplegia as a result of Erbs Palsy and made a controller her could play mostly with one hand, and maybe press a button with his non dominant hand if needed!
